3ktop Terms and Conditions

1.1 Key Definitions

The following terms used in this document have specifically defined meanings:

• "Platform" — 3ktop's website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who opens an account on or uses the 3ktop platform.
• "3ktop" — the organization operating this platform and its representatives.
• "Real Money" — actual funds (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT / ৳) deposited into an account.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits that cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition specifying how much must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

1.2 Nature of the Agreement

By registering on or using the 3ktop platform, you give your consent to all provisions of these terms and conditions. This agreement establishes a legally binding relationship between you and 3ktop. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the platform.

2.1 Registration Requirements

Multiple accounts in the same person's name are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are operated from the same IP address, device, household, or payment method, 3ktop reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses.

3.1 Minimum Age

3ktop strictly enforces a no-play policy for minors (under 21). Only persons aged 21 or older may register and place bets on the platform.

By registering, you confirm that you are over 21 years of age. If it is subsequently proven that a user was a minor, the following will apply:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All funds in the account (including winnings) will be forfeited.

5.1 Deposit Limits and Methods

Funds can be deposited on 3ktop via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (by any method). Your deposited funds will be reflected in your account after successful verification.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• To withdraw from bonus funds, the associated wagering requirement must be met.

5.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

3ktop operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 3ktop is not responsible for any charges imposed by currency conversion or third-party payment gateways. Fees set by your bank or mobile banking provider may apply at the time of withdrawal.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

3ktop offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus:

• The first deposit must be a minimum of ৳100.
• To withdraw the bonus funds, a wager of 15 times (15x) the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be placed.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• This bonus can only be received once per account.

6.2 Other Promotions

From time to time, 3ktop offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which will be stated in the offer description. The general rules are:

• A specific bonus or promotion cannot be used more than once at the same time (stacking is prohibited).
• 3ktop reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• To receive promotional benefits, the account must be active and verified.

6.3 VIP Program

3ktop's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you advance to higher tiers, weekly cashback benefits increase — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. VIP benefits are subject to change and 3ktop may update the terms at any time.

7.1 Fraud and Manipulation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3ktop platform:

• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting (attempting to meet bonus conditions through multiple accounts or strategies).
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Playing using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening an account with false information or submitting forged documents during the KYC process.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7.2 Technical Abuse

Any unauthorized access to or attack on 3ktop's servers, network, or software — such as hacking, spreading viruses, or DDoS attacks — will be subject to legal action.

8.1 Service Availability

3ktop makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, service disruptions may occur for the following reasons, for which 3ktop is not responsible:

• Temporary service downtime during maintenance work.
• Internet connectivity or third-party technical issues.
• Natural disasters or other unforeseeable events (Force Majeure).
• Government directives or orders from regulatory authorities.

8.2 Liability for Gaming Losses

There is a risk of losing money in online gaming and betting. 3ktop does not guarantee any winnings. The user's gaming decisions are entirely their own responsibility. If funds are incorrectly deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, 3ktop reserves the right to correct this.

9.1 Account Closure by 3ktop

3ktop may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Provision of false information or forged documents.
• Account inactive for a long period (after a defined time).
• Legal obligations or government directives.

9.2 Account Closure by User
